Philadelphia Macaroni Company manufactures dry and IQF pasta and noodles.   Our pasta-making expertise and product innovations have been utilized by nearly every major food marketer in the United States, Canada and across the globe. As an ingredient supplier, we produce bulk pasta engineered to the exact specifications of our customers.  Our factories are BRC, kosher and organic certified and fully comply with the Food Safety Modernization Act.

We also partner with national food and grocery distributors to manufacture and co-pack their private label "Macaroni and Cheese" boxed dinners, spaghetti, lasagna, pasta shapes and noodles. 

Our subsidiary Minot Milling Company in North Dakota supplies our pasta factories with semolina and spring wheat flour.  This vertically integrated process ensures our pasta is made with only the highest quality flour.  Our mill is also BRC, kosher and organic certified.
