We understand the food marketing industry, and are poised to help our customers quickly react to consumer trends and health initiatives. Traditionally, pasta is made from durum wheat and water. By adding eggs, nutrients, alternative flours, fiber or vegetable flavorings, pasta is transformed from traditional to custom.

High-tech automated systems at each Philadelphia Macaroni manufacturing factory allow additives or ingredients to be added to the pasta dough within specified levels.

As millers of wheat, we are vertically integrated to provide or recommend blended flours, if needed. Blended flours may be an economical solution when commodity prices peak.
